Shipping of rewards.
For France and Europe, rewards and CAPITOLE sets will be shipped via La Poste's Colissimo service with a tracking number and delivered to the address you provided, requiring a signature upon delivery.
For US backers, due to new custom rules at the moment of the campaign, the parcel is planned to be shipped by Fedex service.
For non-UE backers, a customs declaration will be made corresponding to the value of your order.
Rewards will be shipped according to the estimated availability dates indicated for each reward during the campaign, and according to the project's projected schedule.
Furthermore, each reward order will be shipped once all items are available. If you wish to receive rewards separately as soon as they become available, we advise you to place multiple orders based on the estimated availability dates indicated.
Conversely, we cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each order.
Shipping fees are fixed and will be displayed when you finalize your participation. These prices include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping costs.
The boxes are appropriately sized, and we take the utmost care to pack and protect your models for safe transport, even to the other side of the world!
